Bulk actions are performed when modifications to existing data are required.

1. Additional Option

1.1 Edit- Bulk editing is used to change or update field values.
1.2. Export - Export functionality is used to export existing data in CSV and Excel formats.
1.3. Assign To - The 'Assign to' function is utilized for allocating diverse data to a system user.
1.4. Apply Assignment Rule - An Assignment Rule enables the automated allocation of documents to users. It streamlines the process by applying these rules to a multitude of documents simultaneously.
1.5. Add Tags - Tags provide a convenient method for organizing various types of documents into their relevant categories.
1.6. Print - Print all the selected data.
1.7. Delete - All the selected data were deleted at once.
